This December, our kitchen turns to the comfort and character of the season. St Austell mussels with Park Farm bacon and cider, Biddenden turkey schnitzel with roast parsnip and cranberry, and sticky Christmas pudding with brandy custard. Our Christmas set menu brings together the best of local winter produce, with a choice at every course. Two courses £26, three courses £30.
